01 / Development & sampling
Make the details tangible.
We support concept design, fabric sourcing, pattern development and sampling. Review fit, fabric, construction and branding before bulk production.
- Start with a tech pack, reference image or sketch.
- Define the sample specifications together.
- One sample revision is included in the sample fee.
02 / Garment production
Work to the approved sample.
Bulk production follows the confirmed specifications and pre-production sample.
30–35 working daysAfter pre-production sample approval and receipt of the deposit. Complex styles are discussed individually.
03 / Quality checkpoints
Two checks before dispatch.
At 80% completion
Our in-house QC team inspects a sample of the goods during bulk production.
After packing
We carry out the final inspection once packing is complete.
Your nominated inspector
Tell us in advance if you require third-party inspection. We coordinate with your inspector; you cover the third-party fee.
04 / Packing & dispatch
From packed goods to your chosen route.
After inspection passes, we provide the total volume and weight, shipping options and quotes. You choose the method, pay the remaining 50% balance, and we arrange forwarder pickup.
